Phal DES, D.E.S in Applied Sciences, General Manager of COCC
Ir. Phal DES has a D.E.S in Applied Computer Science to Education and spent
over 3 years of research in Auto-Learning and Auto-Evaluation, the Univertité Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in Belgium. As Counterpart of the Center of the International Cooperation for Computerization (CICC), DES is the Chief of IT Committee of EIC and teaching a computer graphic, UID and Applied Internet Programming (AIP) to Master and Bachelor at Royal University of Phnom Penh. DES also is the program coordinator of COCC and he has access to a wide network of people and resources in the field of COCC short courses.
